We collect minimal metadata required for system stability. This includes Account Credentials (email, encrypted hash), Subscription Tier Status, and non-identifiable system heuristics. We do NOT collect real-world identities unless required for high-tier verification and strictly compliant with local financial laws.
3. Studio Processing & Storage
Image, video, voice, and assistant workflows run in isolated processing nodes. Short-term inference buffers are cleared after inactivity. Long-term project data is stored in your account vault with AES-256 encryption.
4. Sub-Processors & Infrastructure
We utilize elite sub-processors to maintain our high-fidelity experience: Supabase (Encrypted Database), Polar/Midtrans (Secure Payment Gateways), and Haineo AI Labs (Neural Inference). Each partner is vetted for GDPR and CCPA-aligned practices.
