1. Acceptance of Protocol
By initializing your CreateMe AI core, you agree to abide by these terms. This is a legally binding contract between the user (Member) and CreateMe AI Neural Operations. If you do not agree to these protocols, do not proceed with neural synchronization.
2. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to access the CreateMe AI core. Our neural engine generates realistic and mature themes that require adult cognitive judgment.
3. Account Synchronization
Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access keys. Any activity occurring under your unique neural ID is your responsibility. Sharing accounts is strictly forbidden and may lead to character corruption or suspension.
4. Prohibited Neural Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited: [1] Generating non-consensual deepfake representations of real-world individuals. [2] Using the engine to facilitate illegal activities or hate speech. [3] Reverse engineering our proprietary neural blueprints. [4] Developing competitive automated bots through our API without express licensing.
5. Energy Matrix (Subscriptions)
Payments for 'Energy Matrix' tiers are processed securely via our payment partners. Subscriptions auto-renew unless paused via your dashboard. Refund eligibility follows the Refund Protocol: generally limited to unused accounts (zero chats or images), with requests submitted within 72 hours of the initial transaction.
6. Intellectual Property
CreateMe AI owns the underlying Large Language Models and voice synthesis code. You, as the Member, own the narrative output and specific 'DNA Blueprints' of characters you design within the system for personal use.
7. System Disconnection (Termination)
We reserve the right to disconnect any node (user) that violates these protocols. Upon termination, access to custom characters and chat logs will be immediately revoked to protect the integrity of the network.
8. Limitation of Neural Liability
CreateMe AI is provided 'as is'. We are not responsible for decisions made from AI-generated ads, scripts, images, video concepts, or voice outputs. Users are reminded that outputs are model-generated creative suggestions, not professional legal or financial advice.
9. Governing Law & Sync
These terms are governed by the laws of the CreateMe AI Foundation's primary jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding digital arbitration before reaching physical courts.
Neural Ethics Framework Compliance
This documentation is part of the **CreateMe AI Transparency Node**. Our legal frameworks are dynamically linked to our operational ethics. In cases of discrepancy, the Master English Protocol remains the primary authority.
